The Cord | A Lifelong Connection
The elastic cord is the thread that holds your talisman together. While durable, it is subject to natural wear and tear. Should your cord ever break, we want to empower you to restore that connection. As part of our pact, we will send you a complimentary Talisman Rebirth Kit with a new cord, allowing you to mindfully restring and reconnect with your companion.
The Stones | Our Lifelong Stone Pact
Your stones are living energies, and our pact with you is lifelong. Sometimes, a stone may break, and we believe this can happen for two powerful reasons:
- For Material Defects: In the rare case that a stone has a natural flaw or defect, we see it as our duty to make it right. We will send you a replacement stone in a Rebirth Kit, free of charge. Always.
- For Stones Broken in Service: Stones are tools. They absorb energy, they protect, and sometimes they may crack or break after completing a major task or taking an energetic hit for you. This is not a defect; it is a testament to their power. In this event, we will help you restore your talisman. We offer a stone replacement via our Rebirth Kit at the simple cost of the stone itself. We don’t profit; we simply partner with you to rebuild your trusted companion for its next chapter.

Send us an email with a photo of your bracelet. We believe every break has a story, and sharing it helps us understand how to best support you. -
We'll Send Your Rebirth Kit.
Based on your story, we will ship you our "Talisman Rebirth Kit." For a broken cord, the kit is on us. For a stone replacement, we'll arrange the symbolic fee for the new stone. -
Perform Your Ritual.
Your kit will include everything you need (a new cord, any required stones, and a simple tool) along with a beautiful guide. This will walk you through a simple, mindful ritual of restoring your companion, allowing you to reconnect with it and infuse it with fresh intention.

For a Rebirth Kit due to a broken cord, the kit is complimentary and completely on us.
For a kit that includes a replacement stone "broken in service," we ask for a small $7 service fee. This is not a charge for the stone itself—that is part of our pact. This flat-rate fee simply covers the shipping and handling costs to send the Rebirth Kit on its journey to you.
